I have a new in the box Pietta 1851 Navy. .36 Cal. 7-1/2" barrel. This has the steel frame.
This is new in the box. I bought 2 of them from a guy and only needed one. I removed both of them from the bag Pietta sends them in. I don't know if the previous owner did or not. I would assume that he did and that the cylinder was turned but you cannot tell from looking at it.
