FS 3 band musket 61/63 type 2 with Weisz numbered barrel, Trenton lockplate

Ended up with some arms from a retired skirmisher. This Sale is for 3 band musket 61/63 type 2 with Weisz numbered barrel, Trenton lockplate dated 1863 with '61 model hammer and barrel. Barrel is numbered and stamped Weisz. Bore is minty, I observe no roughness or pitting at all, Mix of reproduction and original parts. Brass ramrod. Lock functions as it should, 3# trigger pull. I understand the rear sight is no longer NSSA approved. $950. shipped to CONUS... (may bring it to the Fall National on Friday... if it isn't flooded out...:()

I am also selling a similar musket with a Yeck made barrel, a Yeck made smith carbine, and an original sharps carbine relined bore and sleeved in the chamber. will post soon

From the photos provided I can see nothing wrong with the rear sight. The hooded front sight is a different story. It would be required to have M-1861 bands for use today. The "1981" sticker on the trigger guard only means that it had passed a Half-Cock and Full-Cock test in 1981.
