Rogers and Spencer Hand spring

I am looking for a hand spring for my R&S pistol I have checked a number of sites but either don't stock or out of stock has any one on this site got one for sale or knows how to make one any help would be good, thanks, Russ.

Arrg Matey!

Quick repair is to find an old thermostat or some thing with thin spring steel. Cut a sliver and carefully open the notch where it fits
and insert with enough pressure to hold it in the slot.
I keep several pieces in the shooting box for this repair.
Bend it to fit the right tension for the paw to ratchet.
