Fred is down in the "low country" of area 5. Just past Harlan's and the 11Th NJ. He has a white sign out there that says "Fred's Lead". He will be in the camper way in the back. Super nice guy! I am not a personal friend, but I have been buying lead from him for almost 20 years. I did pick up a bucket on Thursday so he is there. He also told me he needs to pay for the load he has when he goes back home. It's an honor to support those who help out us fellow Skirmishers. I don't believe Fred has any internet, so I hope this helps you out. You can find a team map of the fort on the website.
