1855 Springfield rifle musket for sale. No pitting except around the bolster. Patch box, repro short rear sight, lock dated 1860. Bore is smooth. Stock is free of cracks or splits. Remnants if cartouche on stock opposite lock plate. Lock functions well with all internals including the primer tape mechanism. Full length original ramrod.
