Removing Glass Bedding?

I need to redo some glass bedding. Does anyone know if paint remover will take off the old bedding? Any other suggestions other than scrapping it out?

I don't think paint remover or solvents will do much for you. It must be mechanically removed.

The best way that I have found is to use a heat gun on the low setting.
Heat a 6-8" section till the surface just starts to bubble. Then push a flat bladed screwdriver through at an angle. Push it through the bedding and it will come out in strips.
