New bulletin board

Seems to me that the volumn of traffic here has dropped substantially since the new bulletin board appeared. Why? This isn't all that much different from what was here before.

Seems counter productive and that will probably sent most people elsewhere. That then is probably why they stopped e-mails. Are private messages still allowed? I got thrown off that years ago.
