The Forum of the Company of Military Historians is normally closed and you have to be a member to access it, or have someone give you a link to a particular discussion as I've done sometimes. I decided to have an "open house" for a couple of groups, this being one, and invite you to look at recent topics there. I thought it would be acceptable to post this here because there are many artillery and Civil War topics included in the list of discussions below, and hopefully the moderator here is OK with that.
We in the CMH are always looking for people who would make good Company members, so if you are interested, just email me and we'll discuss it. If you want to know more about the Company, the Company Homepage is at:

Obviously we're not trying to take anyone away from NSSA, as the two organizations have very different purposes and activities. However there are a good number of people who are members of both NSSA and CMH.
