Some of you may have read the article in February Muzzleblasts re: Black Mag Flash, a substitute for flintlock pan powder. The article also talked about Black Mag XP as a general black powder substitute.
I was thinking of trying them for my flintlock. Any thoughts on how to purchase them, other than through Black Mag...very expensive! :roll:

I read the article also and am intrigued; I asked a similar question under "Base of the Tower"...see response I received. I don't think it will not be allowed in N-SSA with current rules, but am thinking about my flintlocks.

Oooops...I was trying to say that I do not think it is allowed under current N-SSA rules
