The Fifth Virginia Volunteer Infantry is offering for Sale a 1853 Tower Three Band Enfield Musket that was presented posthumously to Wade Huffman for his many contribution to the 5th Virginia Infantry as well as the NSSA.
This NSSA approved repro was manufactured by Pedersoli of Italy and is of excellent quality. The fit and finish, wood, crispness of the lock and the Birmingham British proofs rival the old Parker Hales. It is unfired but does have a few bumps that occurred during living history demonstrations. It is accompanied by a bayonet and sling. Taylor and Company have this exact outfit in stock for over $1500.00 out the door.
We are asking $1200.00 for the rifle with all proceeds being given to NSSA in Wade's name. What better way to honor Wade, acguire a beautiful musket and contribute $1200.00 to NSSA.
