This was a good shooter when I was in Skirmishing but age and time has prevented me form enjoying the hobby. It was made by Pietta and has a Hoyte competition liner in the barrel. The trigger pull is about 5 Lb. and it has a taller front sight It has some imperfections but nothing that will effect how well it will shoot. The for arm has a small crack on the left side and a small chip on the right. The butt stock has the standard chipping on the top near the lock. This is normal for all Smith carbines even the original ones will do this. On the good side the bore is bright and shinny with 6 lands and groves and the trigger is crisp. I don’t remember what the twist is but it has the standard twist that Hoyte uses. It opens eazy and locks up tight. No rust but a few dings from use. I can send pictures on request. $1000 + shipping Firm. They sell new now for about $1000 but if you add the $200 pluss for the Hoyte liner this is a deal.No FFL needed.
