Italian Smith Replacement Hinge Screw

I have a Peitta Smith carbine with a worn hinge screw, making the action loose. I know that for orginal Smiths I can get replacement hinge screws in several sizes. However, these will not work on the Italian replica. Does anyone make replacement hinge screws for worn Italian Smiths?

The guys at Gator Den used to have them in different sizes. I assume they still do.
