Very good shooting 5th model Burnside. I used the plastic tubes from Lodgewood which fit perfectly without altering. Excellent bore, no pitting, smooth patina on barrel and a silvery patina on the frame and hammer with a shadow of case colors. Has replaced sling swivel on butt stock. Stock has two visable cartouches. Serial number 11xxx, made around July or August 1863 per Hall's book. $850. Have a repro rear breach block from S&S I will let go for $70.
