How big of a bore rifle. I have a 6 bore that I would consider selling.

Guess I didn't make myself clear as to what I wanted.......I'm wanting a Maynard carbine, .50 cal; I think this one is called a 2nd model; would also consider a Maynard rifle in .40, .44 or .50 cal.; percussion or cartridge. I might buy a Maynard project if it has good potential
and priced right. Thanks so much..........................Will

Look thru the message board for a member called RaiderANV, he should be able to help you out.

Are these out of your price range or just too poor condition?

These are all out of my price range. I have searched the Maynards for sale in this forum for the last year and there are several guns that would fit my budget but just nothing right now. I do appreciate all the responses I gotten, both PM's and e-mails; I've learned quiet a lot, met some good people and enjoying the experience of the search. I have narrowed my search to the 2nd model carbine; I need a shooter or one that can be made into one with a re-line job. Haven't found the right one yet but I'm sure it will happen. Thanks to all who have responded. Still looking..............Will
