Hi John,
The two-band rifle made in Belgium for Brazil, and then imported for the Civil War; are these N-SSA approved for skirmishing?

Hello Glenn....In a word....Yes.

You won't find it on the "Approved arms List" because it is an original arm imported for use in the Civil War.

The "Approved Arms List" is for replica arms that have been given "Production Approval". This means that any such arm may be used in the N-SSA's Competitive Matches without going through the SAC individual inspection process.

Thanks, John. And if the barrel has been relined, but not otherwise modified, this does not affect its approval?
