Unfired, new condition, James River Armory 3 Band 1853 Enfield. Very attractive case hardened lock with 1861 date. Nice trigger pull. Beautifully figured walnut stock with period appropriate stamps. Right side of butt stamped with Birmingham Small Arms Trade oval. Lock screw escutcheons are square tabbed. Left side of barrel features period correct proof marks, and wrist bears correct stamps. Robert Hoyt .577 barrel, tall skirmish front sight. Great skirmish musket with beautiful bluing and excellent wood. $1,000.00 plus actual shipping costs.
