Barrel Dent Removal (Interior)

Evening All,
I have seen this performed with shotguns, but has anyone ever removed a dent from a rifle musket barrel (Lorenz RM)? Is it at all possible using a similar method, or would would it be mandatory that a reline be done?

Unfortunately, it's about 6 inches from the muzzle. It will be hard to see the dent on top of the barrel; you can feel it easier than looking at it with the naked eye. In the bore picture, it's the dark half ring.

That doesn't look like a dent. It looks more like some Bubba tried to bend the barrel.
