WTB Brass Finial for Cartridge Box

I am in need of a brass finial to replace a lost one. Does anyone know of any place to buy one?

Hello:

Suggest that you contact Nick Duvall of Duvall Leather in PA. Just Google for contact and CALL.
He should have solid brass fittings, etc. and could do the repair, if needed.
The cartridge boxes no longer appear on his web page, but he has lots of materials and fittings.
I have been through his stock room and have lots of his stuff. None better!

Hello:

May not matter to you, but if you want SOLID brass instead of brass PLATED steel, ask them to double-check it with a magnet and indicate on invoice.

Am seeing lots of "brass" fittings from suppliers coming in PLATED. Had one send a mixture of the same item, a buckle, that were solid and plated. Same for so-called copper rivets.
