SOLD For sale is a very nice original Wesson two trigger carbine with a brown patina and no pitting, that has been converted to center fire. It uses 44 Mag brass and a bullet sized to .430". The gun has been inspected and has a NSSA approval card. Conversion to center fire was done using the claw method. If you enjoy shooting a Maynard, you will love this Wesson as well, The front trigger opens the action and it tips up just like a Maynard. You simply pull the fired cases out. I have never had one the least bit hard to remove. The chambering was botched up when I got the gun so I sent it off to Larry Romano to reline for me. Larry has relined three barrels for me including this gun and they all turned out great.

The gun is ready to go. I had it out today, to shoot it one last time before I put it up for sale. If you hold it tight, just like a Second Model Maynard, you will have no problem shooting even pot silhouettes. I bought another gun at the Nationals, and I need to make room for it, so the Wesson is going up for sale. All you need to do is fine tune the sights for your own personal preferences. Gun has a great trigger, crisp and even. The front sight is driftable for windage and there is a one piece flip up for 50 and 100 yards. I played around with a lot of loads and finally settled on 21.8 grains of 3f. Heavier loads were less accurate. Only a small amount of filler is needed with the bullet that I am shooting.

I'll get a link up to some pictures shortly. If you would like some pictures emailed sooner, send me a PM with your email address. The price for this ready to shoot gun with an NSSA card is $1,550 plus shipping.
