I have a first generation two band Parker-hale rifle for sale. It now has a Witacre barrel on it. The good, it shoots very well with a RCBS Hodgon bullet and 46 grains of 2F. Nothing really wrong with it. The lock plate is a black color instead of case hardened color. Only issue, the ramrod snapped about twenty years ago, and was re-welded.
