I have a Kentucky Ballard musket, marked "KY" for sale at nationals. Stock looks replaced, but very sound, other wood is very good. Functions perfectly and exterior metal looks good. Converted to .45 LC by Bob Gorsky. Trigger is good. Bore has sharp rifling, but is pitted. I took this gun in trade since I prefer the carbine, but I did shoot it a few times. It shoots very well, getting a very tight group, for 4-5 shots then opens up, and there is lead build up. So, it is shootable and will do well, but needs to be swabbed often. If I were going to keep it, I would send it to Romano or Hoyt for a reline. Price as is, is $1500 firm.
I also have a Beeman GS 900 .22 air rifle which is new in box. Model 103722. Has target sights with scope, it is "select condition". The gun is like new. I have shot it a little in my basement when I had one, and it shoots very tight groups. Good practice, but I no longer have a basement in VA. $200.
