Long shot, but I toss it up here every now and again...
I have a Frank Wesson that some farmer or something made a hammer for... totally wrong profile, it is functional in that it cocks and drops, but that's about it. Worst part is, the gun will open when the hammer is down (supposed to open on half cock) and will fire from either half cock or full cock.
So i need a replacement. Have struck out here before, and am fully aware I might have to buy another whole gun to get a machinist to copy the spec hammer, but it cannot hurt to ask... would consider either the hammer alone or a real beater gun to use for parts at this time.
