Wanted: Gunsmithing Help on an Original Sharps

I have an orginal Sharps carbine. Someone apparently tried to drill out a buggered cleanout screw on the breechblock, and then broke off a tap in the hole. I am looking for a guy with the capability of drilling this out and replacing the cleanout screw, at very least. It also needs the gas plate polished. Had the same happen to a teammate on his musket he stuck in a dental pick in the clean out and broke it off. We found a guy over here in Indiana who has a lazer guided mill machine who cut out the dental pick without touching the threads and was able to just screw in the clean out screw with no problem. Now I know I am in Indiana but with it being an original maybe it might be an avenue.
