Desperately looking for a firing pin for my Garrett Sharps.

You might try an original firing pin for the Sharps conversions. The Garrett was supposedly a very close copy of originals. I have a cartridge Garrett Sharps and my firing pin broke long ago. I repaired it with replaceable tips and it probably has over 5000 rounds through it by now. If you can't find a replacement send me a PM. I may be able to help you.

I have an original firing pin that I would let go of - $65.00 Plus a little shipping.

I will be at the "Gator" on Sunday (8/28) if that helps.

Thanks Allan. I forgot to note that mine is a 45/70. Is the firing pin that you have for sale for the 45/70?

I'll be at the Wainwright this weekend and won't be able to make it to the Gator but if this is the correct piece then I could see if one of my buddies is going to be at the Gator and if so, one of them could find you and get it for me. Tried sending you a PM but it's not showing... Thanks for your help!

The firing pin didn't change for different calibers. The only thing that changed was the extractor and chamber.
