Camper also has 3 year old awning in very good condition and propane Mr. Buddy heater with 20lb propane tank, Roof was recently sealed and windows caulked. Double bed, sofa, dining area lots of storage, 2 propane lamps and most important for Fort Shenandoah, lots of jalousie windows for air flow! Four roof vents all covered with MaxAir covers also recently caulked.

We have some interest but haven't sold it yet. It's good condition for it's age. It's had some leaking but the roof has just been resealed and the windows caulked. We're waiting for the hot weather to break so we can go down to take pictures. Hopefully next week. Would you like us to call you when we go so you could take a look?
