Hello all,
Up for your consideration is a Spencer Carbine Reproduction made by Taylor's & Co. and Chiappa Arms. This carbine is chambered in .44-.40 and is a dream to shoot. I purchased it about 5 years ago from a member who took excellent care of it. Since I've owned it is has been a safe queen with not even 50 rounds put through it. The Spencer has a traditional linseed oil finish and is perfect for reenacting. I'm asking $1000 shipped to your FFL OBO. Please message me if you'd like any additional pictures or information.

CeltiCause,

FYI a Spencer in 44-40 is not allowed in N-SSA competition.

I would also think it illegal to ship direct. This should go through a FFL for transfer.

Well if I remember correctly, because it is based on a firearm made before 1898, you should be able to ship it directly w/o a FFL transfer. However I wouldn't quote me, since it has been a long while since I looked at the laws.

Nice looking gun, but this one will have to go to a FFL for transfer.

FFL laws apply. Repro cartridge guns do not qualify as antiques.

You would be wrong with that thought.
