I'm new to using a Lyman luber sizer. I'm shooting a .520 Smith and I need a top punch for this. Is there a certain size punch or a # and where to buy?
Thanks

Top punches are fit to an individual bullet or style. Are you shooting a round nose or flat nose bullet? If flat, you can probably get by with any top punch, filling it in with JB weld and filing flat.

If round, I'd give S&S firearms a call. When you buy a sizing die from them they usually include a fairly big top punch that works for most larger round nose designs. You could either use this as is, or grease the bullet, put some JB weld in the top punch, and lightly bring it to a rest on the bullet in the press so that it dries to a custom fit.

Go to "Accurate molds", and get their flat top, top punch set for about $5.00 for 3 of them. Can't go wrong.
