I have an 1842 Springfield. All metal parts are original. Stock is a new Dunlap that has been glass bedded. Barrel has be relined. I used this musket when the 2nd Kentucky Cavalry took first place at Nationals a few years back. It obviously shoots great. Since then, I retired and moved to Florida - Otherwise, I would not sell it. Price is $950 if you pay shipping. Pictures available if you want to see them.
