While I'm making barrel stubs for 2nd Model Maynards and can't make any of those barrels at present, I have a barrel stub that the lugs were machined too thin for an original Maynard. It can be fit up to a Romano Maynard. I have barrel blanks in both 50 and 36 caliber. I can make up a barrel for a Romano and have it ready before spring nat'l. The cost will be $500 and includes fitting, a front sight and rust bluing. I will need the back half of your rifle with the lever and a $250 deposit to pay for the barrel blank and barrel stub. PM me if interested. The earliest PM gets the barrel.
