Antique musket repair/restore

Hello, I was informed there may be someone on this forum that could recommend a repair/restore person for two M1816 Muskets. One Type I E. Brooke and one Type III Wickham (both made in Phila) Both sent to the N.J. 2nd Regiment Salem Brigade.

The E. Brooke has the forend burnt on it (guess it fell in a fire at some point)

I am near Fredericksburg, Va.
