Tall Front "Shooter's" Sight

I am considering having a dove-tailed tall "shooter's" front sight put onto my early Parker-Hale 2-band 1858 rifle. I hate to modify the gun, but I need a taller front sight and some windage adjustment.

Who out there would do a nice job with this?
