Need a mold for a heavy minie ball, 530 grns+ .580" dia.

Hello all, I have a Pedersoli P1853 that really likes heavy minie balls. I'm looking for a mold that will throw something heavier than 530 grns and .580 dia. Could you all please make some suggestions?

I used an enfield style bullet in my 1853. It worked quite well. That bullet had a very shallow base. I don't have one that is 580 but I'll look.

Do you mean a Pritchard type with no lube grooves?

I have a .582 mould, you could shorten the base plug to increase the weight. If you are interested.
