I see them ebay all the time but they are not cheap anymore...

I have a couple extra "tall" ones that I think I got for $15 each but I will not be up at the Fort until the Veterans shoot..

i found a number at a yard sale and cabela's had them for $8 each.

Yep that is because a lot are not surplus but new sold with out ammo to vendors.
Cabelas had them for 18s ish brand spanking new.
