Regarding the new match for single-shot percussion pistol; Anybody know if the Prussian model 1850 Potsdam pistol is approved?

It is not allowed for use in the N-SSA. The reason being no European smooth Bore pistols were imported for use in the ACW.

All of the American pre-Civil War Military issue single shot smoothbore pistols are allowed for use in the N-SSA's Single Shot Smoothbore Individual Pistol Matches. The sight/sights may not be modified in any way, shape, or form from the configuration in which they were issued.
