To All:
It is with no small amount of regret that I have to announce the resignation of Chris Hubbard from the Small Arms Committee. In the future, if anyone requires a Small Arms Committee Inspector in the North West Territories Region, please make arrangements with either Gary Vikar or Bruce Cobb. Even though Bruce Cobb belongs to a Chesapeake Region Team he has offered his services to the NWT since that is where he resides. Gary Vikar is not only a past National Inspector General, but also a long time member of the Small Arms Committee and will continue to serve the NWT in that capacity.
