I inquired on Facebook. The loader is only confirmed to work with pietta and uberti colts. They are working on one for (ruger?? Old army....... Maybe they are referring to the remmington. As for the R and S, they have no idea how the spacing compares to a Colt.

Looks like a nice tool and not bad price. pretty cool but the best ones i ever saw were made by bobby elka.
