Want to find a new home for a Model 1861 forage cap, size 7 1/2, from the Quartermaster Shop in Kimball, MI. Tried on, but not worn, so as new. $50 shipped.
Also, two kits from Wambaugh and White: a pair of CSA mule ear pocket trousers of cassimere jean cloth, 33 inch waist and 30 inch inseam ( I believe it is actually 37 inches, to be trimmed), with all the buttons, skein of cotton thread and some beeswax, along with 9 pages of color instructions, $65 shipped; and a pair of civilian drawers, waist size 34, with cotton thread, buttons and wax and instructions, $30 shipped. Buy both kits for $85 shipped. The W&W garments would of course also be correct for a civilian impression circa 1860-1870.
