I've been tracking this build for the last couple of years - PLEASE bring it to Fall Nationals and display it !!!!!!!!

If space is available, I'm sure we can get the Board of Directors to allot a display area on Sutler's row (by the creek) for you to put up a pop-up and display the gun with a sign, etc....

BTW: Awesome job - I'm always envious of real craftsmanship...

And of course, the $64 question is: What's your NEXT project?? LOL

Thanks again for sharing with us!

I think we can do that if you find a way to arrange it thanks Bootsy. And the $64 answer is [The Williams Gun] a confederate breach loading canon.

Good Gawd...I knew it was good, but...

I'm with Bootsie. That is 'eye-watering' craftsmanship! And...I want to see it. And... I want to meet the man that can recreate the pinnacle of Civil War technology in his garage!

I'll add my voice to the chorus. And a quality video of the gun would not be amiss...I think we can help.

Got to shot it at my friends place for the first time on the carriage and work great. The door for the chambers to fall in kept bouncing closed from the chamber hitting it.I will work on that. https://youtu.be/gcsviX3clZU

    Smile

Here's a pic of what it did at 25 yard's I would have liked to shot it at 50 and 100 yard's but the ravine was full of stickers. I need to adjust the front site a little left. but it is shooting pretty close.
