Maker for plus-size frock coat?

I'm a plus-sized skirmisher looking to have a frock coat made out of Ben Tart Natural Gray Satinette material. Can anyone suggest a sutler? Ben Tart will not make one in my size.

The Blockade Runner, it would not be Ben Tart material, but very good quality and they stock up to a 54 in jean material.
