Re: Question about cimarron revolver trigger pull

    Dear Dave:

My son has a Cimmaron "Cavalry Model" Peacemaker. The trigger pull was "so-so" but then he replaced ALL the springs in it (except the mainspring, ejector spring and hand spring) with Wolff Springs and the trigger pull improved dramatically. Get the "music wire" sear/trigger spring and install it.

In other words, get the Cimmarron and then install Wolff Springs and you will be delighted!

    GOOD LUCK

Re: Question about cimarron revolver trigger pull

    Dave
My EMF "Californian" in 44-40, w/5 1/2in bbl, came with wolf springs installed. EMF has other models that do also. Gun is blue with case hardening.

I also have a Navy Arms "Gunfighter" in .45 Colt, w/5 1/2in bbl, that also came with wolf springs. Gun is polished stainless.

Both Guns are made by Pietta, and are fine shooters, out of the box. Actions are nice and smooth, I took them apart and polished them a little, with stones, and lubed them.

Give them a call and see what they have.
