Upon visiting my favorite Gun Shop, they have an original Enfield in parts. The musket is probably an 1853 but there are no bands and the stock has been heavily modified. The trigger guard is missing the swivel. The good parts of the musket are butt plate, lock, barrel and bayonet. The final price is around $250 out the door. If you are interested, I will act as the go between but the final decision is yours. The owner is computer savvy so most of the sale can be done via computer. For the price of a cup of coffee, I can be the delivery person at some future skirmish. Your thoughts?
