Scott Gresham made Fayetteville for sale. Appears unfired from collection

I have a Scott Gresham made Fayetteville for sale. The rifle was purchased under contract from Scott by deceased and appears unfired and is dang near FINE to MINT condition. John Holland has seen pictures I provided on my Facebook page Civil War Smoothbore and Rifled Muskets and Carbines. Since FB does not allow sales I hesitated to post more info and would rather have it go to a NSSA member preferably in his old unit OR a person who is familiar with his fine craftsmanship. Since Scott is no longer with us, this might be your only chance to obtain a piece of his work in such fine condition. Please either join the FB page listed above via search OR use my email address for inquiries. Please no lowball offers. Im not in a hurry to sell and/or don't need quick cash. Thanks

Mr Holland states value at $1650.00. I can wiggle a little bit on price.

John Holland seems to feel it's worth every bit of $1650 considering the maker and the pictures provided.

For our newer, or younger, members who may not know of Scott Gresham I would like to say that he was always a gentleman. He was a WW2 veteran, soft spoken, and like most of that generation, very humble about his service. Scott was the first to get a N-SSA Production approval for a Fayetteville Rifle. This rifle being offered does not require a Small Arms inspection or SAC card as it is on the Approved Arms List. His workmanship was so good people would gladly wait for however long it took Scott to build them a Fayetteville! Sadly, my dear friend Scott Gresham passed on in 2008.

Not to to be misunderstood, I am not trying to be a salesman for this rifle, I just wanted to honor Scott Gresham one more time.
