This info is a few years old. Prices/addresses may have changed: Robert Elka, Custom Molds. E-mail him the size of your round ball at custom.moulds@gmail.com When arrives, send $22 to Robert Elka, 9190 Oak Rd, Willis, MI

Tom Crone had them in his booth at the Fall Nationals. I did buy one and picked up his business card. Looks like you can call him at 301-473-5699 or email tomcrone123@msn.com.
I'm not sure if this is adequate but Harbor Freight sells a flush cut nipper that will cut the sprue flush with the casting. It is not a concave cutter. It won't dig in or leave a rounded edge. They are about 4 bucks. I use them to cut sprues from poorly cast flat based bullets where the sprue cutter did a bad job. They come out truly flat based once snipped.

With my 15 revolvers, I've been called the Imelda Marcos of cap & ball.
I bought mine from Mike Rouche here on the forum.
