    Lyman Mold Machine Work

Good day all! I am looking to see if somebody has the ability(or knows of somebody) to cut a second c clip grove in a Lyman mold plug. I bought a 575-213 OS sans base plug and want the use my NS plug in the mold once a new grove is cut in the plug. I've spoken to a couple of competent machinists, they can do it, but would need to make a tool to cut the grove first.

    Thanks all,

    Hollywood

I think Charlie Hahn does mold rework.

    He is on here, too.

Thanks for all the help. Charlie & Bob, I'll follow up with you both. I left both the mold, plug and drawing with my Father.

    Thank you,

    Rob

Good morning. Here is a schematic of the plug and potential new c-clip groove with dimensions. Charlie, are you available for a call today sometime to discuss options for machine work?

    Thank you,

    Rob

P.S. Thank you Bob for your help. I appreciate your willingness to assist!
