Replicates Cook & Brother original 1861 Model Enfield Musketoon, with 24K gold plating and accenting, includes wood wall mount and velvet sleeved bag. The barrel, lock, trigger, ramrod and hardware retain 99% high gloss original high lustre blue finish, while the sights, barrel bands, stock tip, triggerguard, buttplate and swivels retain an equal amount of bright gold. The barrel has decorative gold scroll embellishment surrounding the names of major Civil War battles in ribands along the top radius. The lockplate is decorated with etched gold scroll and "COOK & BROTHER / 1861" in riband. The walnut stock rates excellent with a handful of negligible blemishes in the high gloss varnish finish. The right side of the buttstock has a large gold and black metal inlay Confederate military vignette that has lifted slightly along the back edge. This a fully operational firearm with 3-groove rifled barrel proofed by Williamsburg Firearms Manufactory, Richmond, VA. Complete w/ all paperwork and shipping boxes, and certificate of authenticity. NOTE: On April 1, 1994, the Antique Arms Division of the U.S. Historical Society was acquired by America Remembers located in Mechanicsville, VA.

    Starr revolver

I would be interested in purchasing the Starr revolver. Can you send me pictures? How would you care to go about payment? Do you want it in full prior to nationals? want a down payment for first refusal? I'd personally prefer to pick it up at nationals to save on the shipping costs
