so are we using 2016 rule packet to have with artillery piece for the national ?

I would call or Email Mr. John Robey, I think he is holder of the rules and updates. He has always been helpful to me when I see him at the Board meetings and at the Fort. I am sorry I do not have his number or email. I think he is with the Union Guards

I was surprised to find the 2017 Skirmish Rules are not yet posted, because they have been in effect since March 1. They were sent to my contact person in late February, and there is no reason for them not to have been posted.

Now, the good news for you: There were no changes made to the artillery rules (Sections 10 and 11), so last years rules will still work. If there are procedural changes Rob can fill you in.
